OptiSolutions Limited Nigeria’s integrated infrastructure lifecycle engineering and governance authority. Five systems. One architecture. 19+ years of engineering heritage.

Most engineering companies in Nigeria are defined by the project they deliver or the discipline they specialize in. OptiSolutions is defined by whether infrastructure keeps performing after that project ends.
We connect MEP, Energy & Power Continuity, Industrial Automation & Control, Technical Facilities Management, and Procurement & Supply Intelligence within one governed lifecycle architecture — so engineering, procurement, execution, and maintenance stay connected instead of fragmenting at handover. The result: infrastructure that keeps performing as it was engineered to perform, for as long as it operates.
Our objective is not simply to complete infrastructure. It is to help infrastructure continue performing as it was engineered to perform — for as long as it operates.
Head office: Suite 8 & 9, Solomon Adekunle Plaza, KM 43, Lagos/Ibadan Expressway (Mowe–Ibafo Axis), Ogun State — with nationwide execution capability and active project coverage across West Africa.
Infrastructure has two interconnected realities.
is the decisions made before and during delivery concept, feasibility, design, engineering, specification, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning. This is where engineering intent is created.
is what follows operations, maintenance, monitoring, optimization, reliability, continuity. This is where that intent is tested, against energy consumption, aging components, changing loads, and evolving conditions.
Many of Nigeria's infrastructure challenges emerge after Built during the transition into sustained operational Life. The moment responsibility for "constructing it" is supposed to become responsibility for "sustaining it" is often the moment it becomes no one's responsibility at all.
OptiSolutions was structured to close that gap, not add a service around it.
Sustainable infrastructure performance isn't something applied after engineering it is engineering, extended across time. Built determines the foundation of performance. Life determines whether that performance is sustained. Governance is what connects the two.
Distributors supply components. We govern the engineering intelligence, compliance verification, and counterfeit elimination of every material before it enters a system.
Maintenance providers react to failure. We engineer and manage systems designed to detect developing conditions earlier and reduce avoidable failures — because Life-phase sustainability is designed in at the Built phase, not bolted on after.
Contractors disengage at handover — precisely where the Life phase begins. We remain engaged through operations, optimization, and long-term governance.
Single disciplines create fragmentation. Infrastructure failure doesn't respect discipline boundaries, so our governance architecture doesn't either.
Engineering intent validated and carried into execution through design coordination, specification review, and system compatibility analysis.
Materials and vendors assessed against engineering requirements, compliance standards, and lifecycle implications — not price alone.
Installation, integration, and commissioning aligned with engineering intent so designed performance transitions into operational performance.
Systems managed through reliability-focused maintenance, condition monitoring, and energy continuity strategy.
Performance data used to inform maintenance, optimization, and long-term asset-value decisions.

OptiSolutions' engineering heritage extends across more than nineteen years of infrastructure, engineering, procurement, and technical facilities management activity. It began in 2007 with Potent Star Limited. The engineering and infrastructure services mandate carried forward through Amperage Limited, and was progressively consolidated into OptiSolutions Limited, completing in 2026.
The significance isn't simply the years. It's the accumulated, documented understanding of what actually happens to infrastructure after it's built — converted into a repeatable system rather than left as informal institutional memory.
OptiSolutions operates under the leadership of Founder and GMD/Chairman David Adebayo Oyenekan, whose 34+ years of built-environment leadership experience and multi-disciplinary professional credentials (including FCMA, FIGFM, FCIHRM, FCAI, and CPM) inform the governance standards applied across the OptiSolutions architecture — distinct from, and additional to, the company's own 19-year engineering lineage.
Years of experience alone don't guarantee performance. Their value comes from being converted into repeatable engineering methods, procurement controls, maintenance strategies, and documented technical standards — which is the explicit purpose of the OptiSolutions architecture.

See. Predict. Prevent. Optimize. Sustain.
OptiSolutions’ proprietary intelligence framework connects monitoring, diagnostics, and asset performance data into one continuous governance layer — replacing periodic inspection with real-time visibility. This is the layer most competitors don’t have.

Engineering knowledge carried beyond handover, not lost at it.
Decisions supported by monitoring and data, not assumption.
Every stage connected to a measurable outcome.
Infrastructure judged by what it delivers over decades, not just what it cost to build.
A completed project is the beginning of its operational life, not the end of the engagement. Its true performance shows up in reliability, availability, efficiency, maintainability, safety, and asset life — over years, not at ribbon-cutting.
Built creates the infrastructure. Life proves it. Governance connects them. Intelligence makes performance visible. Engineering provides the means to improve it continuously.

Whatever the challenge, rising energy cost, recurring failure, fragmented procurement, declining asset performance, it has a traceable root cause and a governed engineering path back to full performance.
